Today's suggestion isn't a gratin or mashed potatoes, no! It's a quick and easy roasted potato recipe that warms the heart when the temperatures cool down in Montreal.

Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 200g of cottage cheese
- 100g of cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of chives (or herbs)
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Cut the potatoes in half and bake them at 400°F / 200°C for 1 hour.
- Mix the cottage cheese, cream, chives, finely chopped garlic and spices, then keep the sauce cool.
- Once cooked, hollow out the potatoes and add the sauce.
