Terms of Use
All prices are in Canadian dollars (plus applicable taxes). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise unacceptable, an order may be suspended or canceled. If you wish to change or update your payment information, you can do so at any time by simply logging into your customer area.
The anti-waste basket
The anti-waste basket can be ordered until 11:59 p.m. on the Tuesday before the delivery day.
The service is also available as a subscription. To learn more, please consult our subscription policy.
Some weeks may have less stock available. In this case, we limit the number of baskets available.
Grocery products from the circular economy
Each product offered on the online platform is described based on information provided to us by the manufacturer or on the packaging. While not exhaustive and subject to change at any time, sometimes without notice, these details may be subject to minor variations and cannot replace the information on the packaging, which alone is authoritative and to which you are invited to refer.
The choice of products ordered is your sole responsibility. Improove cannot be held responsible for any errors, even obvious ones, between the product description and their representation.
The products presented on our platform are valid while stocks last. Simply adding a product to your cart does not constitute confirmation of the order. A product may become unavailable between the time it is added to your cart and the time your order is confirmed.
Shipping Policy
We currently deliver in Greater Montreal, to your home or to a drop-off point! If you don't live in our delivery area, now's the time to let us know or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we start delivering to your home.
All purchases are governed by a shipment contract, which provides that title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery. We assume that anyone present at the address specified in the delivery instructions is authorized to receive the order on your behalf. If no one is present at the address specified in the delivery instructions, we will leave the package unattended at the address or location specified.
We ship weekly. Shipping dates and times are estimated and may change due to several factors, some of which are beyond our control.
Refund Policy
Every purchase is final and we do not accept returns. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem so we can assess and resolve it. For ease of use, send us a photo to sos@improove.ca .
Termination Policy
With no commitment, the subscription plan allows you to get a $5 discount on the price of the basket and support our non-profit organization over the long term.
When you subscribe to a subscription, you agree to the following:
(1) Without obligation, you can skip a week or cancel at any time on Sunday, up to midnight before the delivery week! You can do this directly in your personal account or inform us at the email address sos@improove.ca .
(2) We are authorized to charge your credit card for the subscription amount until you cancel your subscription.
(3) The amount we charge your credit card each week and the billing day may change if you change your shopping cart selection, take advantage of a special offer or the application of a credit, or if there are changes to taxes or other applicable fees.
(4) Great news! You will receive promotional information about Improove.
We deliver every Thursday to your door or to a drop-off point in Montreal. If you are a student , we invite you to inquire with your association; the delivery day depends on the agreements made!
Privacy Policy
We collect certain personal information which may include, but is not limited to:
- Name
- Address
- Postal code
- Cell phone number
- Email address
When you visit our online platform improove.ca , we also collect additional information:
- Information about your computer: IP address, operating system, browser and version you are using
- The pages of our platform that you visit, the time and date of the visit, the time spent and the links you click on
- Other sites you have visited recently
The main reasons we collect this personal information are:
- Maintain our service
- Close a sale
- Provide delivery service
- Manage customer service
- Provide analytics to improve service
This information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of our governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. If necessary, we may also disclose this information to another company.
We take all necessary measures to ensure the secure processing of your data. However, Improove may disclose such information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

- Protect and defend the rights or property of Improove
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing related to the service
- Protecting the personal safety of our customers
The security of your data is important, but remember that no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect this information, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
