Tuna and Zucchini Tart

Ingredients
- 3 zucchinis
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 onion
- 100g of cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 250g of wheat flour
- 125g of semi-salted butter
- 1 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 1 pinch of salt
Steps
- Prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing the butter, egg, and flour, then adding half an eggshell filled with water. Shape into a ball and let it rest in a cool place.
- Grate the zucchini and chop the onion. Sauté it in olive oil before adding the grated zucchini and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Add the curry powder and salt.
- Roll out the dough, add the mustard, flaked tuna, mixed vegetables, and grated cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven at 350°F / 180°C for 30 minutes.
A zucchini, tuna, and mustard tart recipe that doesn't require hours of cooking. Perfect for fall!
