Wild Blueberry Pancake Mix
Ingredients
- Unbleached wheat flour, spent grain flour (barley and/or oats and/or wheat), dried wild blueberries (wild blueberries, cane sugar, sunflower oil), sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Allergens
Contains: barley, oats and wheat.
May contain: spelt, rice hulls, corn, rye.
Preparation
Mix 1 cup of mix with 1 1⁄2 cups of milk or milk substitute and 1 egg (optional). For waffles or pancakes, 1 1⁄4 cups is enough. Let the batter rest for a few minutes to
rehydrate the blueberries.
Pan-frying. Butter the pan beforehand.
