Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
Ingredients
- Unbleached wheat flour, sugar, spent grain flour (barley and/or oats and/or wheat), dehydrated wild blueberries (wild blueberries, cane sugar, sunflower oil), baking powder, salt.
Allergens
Contains: barley, oats and wheat.
May contain: spelt, rice hulls, corn, rye.
Preparation
Add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, and 2 eggs (or egg substitute). Add the muffin mix and mix with a fork. Let the batter rest for a few minutes to rehydrate the blueberries. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full and bake.
Bake. 15 to 20 minutes at 425 F.
