Gaspesian ramen (2 servings)
The traditional Japanese meal adapted in a Gaspesian style. Local (certainly!), with sea lettuce, hand-picked in the Gulf of Saint-Laurent.
Our super advice
- Set the noodles aside, then pour the contents of the sachet into the pan
- Add 1 teaspoon of oil and 4 cups of water, then bring to a boil
- Once the water is boiling, add the noodles and cook for 4-6 minutes or until the ramen noodles are tender. Serve immediately with the broth.
